Where practical, customers are advised to highlight any access requirements or considerations when enquiring. This will enable the enquiry to be handled in an efficient manner and the booking to be allocated in a suitable position based on the requirements of those attending.

For wheelchair users, some venues require ramps to be manually deployed to facilitate access. You can either request this on arrival or when enquiring with the venue you wish to attend.

You don't have to book a table, but we can't always guarantee seating, especially at peak times. To ensure you and your group have a table or area during your visit, we do recommend you pre-book! You can book your table here.

If you book with us our cancellation period is 48hrs and we reserve the right to keep the deposit if the booking is cancelled within this time period.

For any brunch Bookings confirmed with a pre payment: We do not offer refunds on any payments made. If you’d like to reschedule your booking, we ask for at least 1 week’s notice and is subject to availability.

Email us at dirtymartini@nightcapplc.com with a description of what you've lost, which bar you lost it in and the time and date of your visit.

You can add £10, £25, £50 or £250 to the gift voucher.

The gift voucher recipient must book a table in advance and enter their voucher code when completing the booking.

On the day of the booking, our bartenders will then remove the gift card value from your final bill.

The gift voucher must be used in its entirety in one visit.

The gift card recipient will have up to 12 months to redeem their gift voucher.

We send an electronic gift voucher to the email address you provide. However, you could send the gift voucher to yourself and then print it out at home before presenting to your loved one.

Our music is a mix of commercial house and chart hits. Most of our venues will also feature live DJs on certain nights.

Some of our venues have an entry charge at certain times. To find out if there is an entry fee at your preferred bar, please visit the events page on for your chosen location.

No, under 18s are not allowed into any of our bars at any time.

• Smart Casual – Dress to Impress

• No sports trainers, sportswear or manual work wear. Smart, clean trainers are allowed.

• No hoodies or hats

• No fancy dress

• Smart summer wear is allowed provided it matches the conditions at time of entry

• Manager discretion applies at all times

We no longer accept cash in any of our venues. All our bars are now completely cashless.
